+ Hairstylists

Our Stylists play a key role in bringing Kelly Hylton & Company to our clients. Our mission is to inspire, drive vision and style to all our clients by providing expert knowledge combined with superior technical service. We measure our success by our ability to deliver a consistent experience to all clients that exceed their expectations.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Applicants must hold a South Carolina cosmetology license and have a minimum of 3 years experience. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends.

+ Stylist Assistants

As a Kelly Hylton & Company Stylist Assistant you will participate in our associate training program, a structured hands on development program geared towards your success behind the chair. Do you have the desire to be a top 10 stylist? We would love to hear from you.

Applicants must hold a South Carolina cosmetology license with a strong desire to learn and grown within a busy salon company. Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends.

+ Front Desk Associates

Our Front Desk Associates play a key role in bringing Kelly Hylton & Company to our clients. You manage the start, middle, and end of the client experience and are integral to our success. Our mission is to inspire, drive vision and style to all our clients by providing superior customer service that exceeds expectations. Our mission begins with you!

Ideal candidates are outgoing, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Must be proficient in the use of computers, web based software and other technology. Detail oriented with excellent time management skills, and ability to efficiently multitask in a fast paced salon environment. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends.
